Early Sunset

Makes: 1 cocktail

ingredients

• 1 oz gin

• 1 oz aquavit

• 1 oz fresh lemon juice

• 1/2 a fresh passion fruit

• 1/2 oz fresh orange juice

• 1/2 oz brown sugar simple syrup

• Pinch of ground turmeric

• Pinch of ground nutmeg

• 1 large ice cube

• Crushed ice, to stir with

• Dehydrated orange wheel, to garnish

method

• Add all ingredients except the large ice cube and dehydrated orange wheel to a large mixing glass. Add in the crushed ice and stir vigorously for 10 - 12 seconds. Add the large ice cube to a champagne saucer and strain the cocktail over it through a fine mesh strainer. Garnish with the orange wheel.
