The Baking Spice

Makes: Approximately 1/2 cup of spice mix

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

• 1 tbsp ground allspice

• 2 tbsp ground nutmeg

• 1 tsp ground cloves

• 1 tsp ground coriander

• 1 tsp ground ginger

• 2 tsp ground cardamom

Method

• Blend all spices together and store in a sealed jar in a cool, dark place.
